AtΒ HOUSE OF BALAJI, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchange only for defective or damaged products under the conditions mentioned below. Refunds are not applicable.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange is applicable only if the product is defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (except defect)
  • The product must be returned in original packaging with tags intact
  • A clear unboxing video showing the defect is mandatory
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.


2. Exchange Shipping Charges

  • No shipping charge will be applied for defective/damaged product exchange
  • Customers must ensure proper packaging while returning the product

3. Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product and proof, you will be notified
  • Exchange will be processed after approval
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • If unavailable, an alternative product may be offered

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products that are not defective
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

5. Important Note

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
  • Exchange is strictly only for defective/damaged items with proper video proof
