At House of Balaji, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Any additional charges (re-delivery or return shipping) must be borne by the customer

5. Delivery Issues

House of Balaji is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability

If a package is returned due to the above reasons, re-shipping charges will apply.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof
  • For missing items, contact us immediately with your order ID

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability may vary by location
  • House of Balaji reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations
